Salauddin Shaik is an experienced data architect and software engineer. He has held positions in both the private and public sectors and has expertise working with operating systems and programming languages for database development and integration.
Shaik designs, develops, and implements large-scale data analytics projects and database solutions to meet client needs. He has worked on projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), providing development and production support for a program that provides Medicare enrollment data for providers, physicians, and other stakeholders. Recently, he worked on CMS’s Physician Value Project, participating in value-based purchasing initiatives by assisting with implementing value-based payment modifiers to Medicare claim amounts.
Before joining Mathematica in 2016, Shaik held positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Auto Owners Insurance Company, Cofinity, Friends Provident Life and Pensions Limited, and Henry Ford Health System. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
