Margaret Gerteis has more than 30 years of experience in health services research and particular expertise in quality performance, public reporting of quality information, and consumers’ perspectives on health care. She has conducted extensive field investigations using a variety of qualitative research methods, including case studies, organizational and systems assessments, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder analyses.
